For our customers in Australia.

  • All orders are shipped via NZ Post. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • When placing your order, you have the option to choose shipping with tracking at checkout. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the NZ Post tracking portal.

  • Estimated delivery time for orders shipped to Australia via NZ Post is typically 3-10 business days, but it may vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

For customers in other countries.

  • You can contact us to arrange shipping to your respective countries. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a shipping quote and estimated delivery time based on your location.
